Becoming a Personal and Business Coach

"StRATEGy" PhD student Wera Schmidt participates in addition to her PhD studies in a 14-month weekend advanced training of the Coaching Academy Berlin to become a ECA certified Systemic Personal and Business Coach. The extra occupational qualification supports her hard skill development in the integral framework of the "StRATEGy" program.

Systemic Coaching is a solution-focused and success oriented approach to clarify personal and business-oriented problems, strategies and goals. Based on the assumption that people live and work in reference to multiple relationship systems, such as cultural, professional, organisational and family systems, Systemic Coaching attempts to create a solution space, which allows individual and creative dissolution of private and professional challenges.
