Robert Trumbull is principal investigator in the International Research Training Group "StRATEGy" and senior scientist in the Inorganic and Isotope Geochemistry section at GFZ Potsdam. His research focuses on igneous petrology, economic geology, and isotope geochemistry. Since more than 20 years he is working in the Andes on various magmatic and volcanic complexes, which makes him to a very experienced Andean researcher within the "StRATEGy" team.
